access and maintain their building information. Through our services, we make this data more accessible and useful across the entire lifecycle of a building, ensuring compliance and fostering better-informed decision-making.

BACKGROUND.

Born from a visionary quest to revolutionise the construction industry through digital innovation, Bimsense Ltd was

incorporated by myself and my co-founder.

Our mission was clear: to empower construction professionals with cutting-edge solutions that streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure compliance with the highest standards of building safety. This journey led to the creation of Operance: the world's first, purpose-built, blockchain immutable ledger-enabled, Al-powered, golden thread, O&M solution. Driven by strategic leadership, relentless

innovation, and unwavering dedication, Operance has reshaped the landscape of construction technology, earning

recognition for excellence, impact, and visionary leadership.

MY ROLE.

As co-founders, we developed the original business plan and vision, laying the groundwork for Bimsense and Operance. I was then responsible for making an impact in the market and developing brand identity.

Together, we developed the concept for Operance, with my objective aimed at simplifying complex building information for end-

Users. Initially, I assumed multiple roles encompassing business development, operations and account management,

marketing and sales.

Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, we led the drive for investment, navigating through uncertain times with resilience and determination. As aboard-level executive director, I continue to input on company growth, culture, leadership and strategy.

With funding secured and specialist teams established, | then focused on my key role as Chief Product Officer for

Operance. In this role, I focus on end-to-end product discovery, design, management and marketing whilst

developing strategic relationships to encourage digital transformation and Building Safety Act compliance.
